Southeastern Regional Medical Center honored six former Medical Center and Foundation board members with emeritus status during its annual board planning conference.
The ceremony, held Saturday, June 2 at the UNC Pembroke Annex Building, honored the trustees for their dedicated volunteer service to the medical center and to the betterment of the health of the community.
“These individuals have devoted countless hours to the work of Southeastern Regional Medical Center and its Foundation over a number of years,” said SRMC President/CEO Joann Anderson. “It is through their efforts, in part, that the medical center and its supporting Foundation have been able to ensure accessible, quality health care is available to people throughout this region.”
