Billing Information

At Southeastern Health (SeHealth), we continuously strive to provide excellent customer service. The Customer Financial Services department at SeHealth works to ensure that the billing process is as convenient as possible. To make the billing process simpler for you, we are starting to combine the bills you get from SeHealth doctors and Southeastern Regional Medical Center (SRMC). This means that instead of getting separate bills from our doctors and hospital, the person responsible for paying the bill will get one billing statement that includes care from both our doctors and SRMC.

Some of the doctors you see at SRMC do not work for our hospital, so you will still get a separate bill from these doctors for care they provide. It’s important that you pay all bills that you get during this period of time.

We provide 24/7 access to all accounts.

Online Bill Pay is a quick and secure way to pay your hospital or doctor bills online. There is never a charge for making an online payment and your bank or card account information is protected by our secure website.

Need Medical Financial Assistance?

SeHealth’s Medical Financial Assistance program provides financial assistance for qualifying patients who need help paying for emergency or medically necessary care they receive at SeHealth’s SRMC, clinics or centers.
