Earned Time

SRMC employees accrue earned time off based on years of service and standard hours. The bank of earned time is used for holidays, illness, vacation, or personal days. SRMC observes seven core holidays, which are taken out of employees’ earned time bank.

Retirement and Savings Program

SRMC offers a 403(B) plan that includes an employer basic contribution. In addition this plan allows you to defer, on a pre-tax basis, a portion of your salary while receiving matching funds from SRMC.

Health Care Coverage

SRMC provides extensive health care benefits, and varying levels of coverage are available including employee, employee and spouse, employee and children family.

Health Care Coverage options at SRMC include:

Health Care Coverage; SRMC offers a comphrehensive plan that pays medical expenses for the employee & enrolled dependents.

Prescription Drug Coverage

When a employer enroll in the Health Care Plan they receive prescription drug coverage.

Dental Coverage

SRMC offers a plan that pays dental expenses for employee & dependant coverage.

Vision

Basic Vision services are covered using a plan which provides access to eye exams and eye wear.

In-House Employee Pharmacy

SRMC offers employee prescription drugs service through an employee pharmacy. This service is available regardless of insurance coverage

Long Term Disability

Provides a monthly income (60% of base pay) when the employee is disabled for more than 90 days.

Medical Reimbursement Account

Employees are eligible to establish a pretax reimbursement account for health care and/or dependent care expenses.

Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

SRMC provides basic life insurance coverage. Employees can purchase additional life insurance and/or accidental death and dismemberment insurance to increase their level of coverage. Employees are also able to purchase coverage for spouse or dependents.

Sick Leave

Six (6) paid sick days earned each year, (12) days after (5) years of employment.

Other Benefits

Fitness Center

SRMC owns two fitness centers located in Robeson County. SRMC pays the initiation fee for employees with monthly fee discounts.

Educational Assistance

Employees can receive up to $1500 a year for qualified education to include books & tuition.

Employee Credit Union

Optional plan providing checking and savings accounts with competitive interest rates on loans and savings.
