Southeastern Eye Clinic, an Affiliate of Southeastern Regional Medical Center is conveniently located at 4311 Ludgate Street, Suite C, Lumberton, North Carolina. This is just off of Fayetteville Road. The office is open to serve you Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
Medical services are provided by Richard Beauchemin, Jr., M.D. Dr. Beauchemin comes to Robeson County after working at Western North Carolina Eye in Sylva, NC for more than 20 years. He earned his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed a dual residency in both General Surgery and Ophthalmology at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.
Dr. Beauchemin specializes in cataract surgery and other opthalmoplastic procedures. Dr. Beauchemin is surrounded at this clinic by an excellent medical team. Ophthalmologist Richard R. Beauchemin Jr., M.D., has joined the medical staff of Southeastern Regional Medical Center and provides care at the clinic, which opened on Tuesday, Nov. 1. A native of Baltimore, Md., Dr. Beauchemin earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore in 1983. He completed a general surgery residency at The Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., in 1985. He also completed a three-year residency in ophthalmology at The Washington Hospital Center in 1989. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
