Since 1996, the Foundation at Southeastern Regional Medical Center has enlisted the support of its employees in the quest to enhance health care through the Employee Giving Campaign. For the past 14 years, employee donations have assisted in the growth and development of “world-class” health care by assisting with programs such as nutritional supplements for Gibson Cancer Center patients, bird aviaries and other activities for the residents of WoodHaven Nursing and Alzheimer’s Care Center, funding for private rooms for patients in the patient bed tower, materials for patients in the Diabetes Community Center self-management program, toys, games, and books for patients on pediatrics, funding for the Southeastern Heart Center, a state of the art facility that provides the most up-to-date cardiac treatment that is close to home, funding for the Academic Scholarship Endowment Program which provides assistance to students who wish to pursue medical careers and the list goes on and on. We raise money to benefit not only our patients, but your family, your friends and your neighbors.
