About us

Southeastern Medical Clinic Gray’s Creek is housed in a 2,900-square-foot temporary, modular building until a permanent facility is built at 1249 Chicken Foot Road, Hope Mills. 

“With the expected growth of the Gray’s Creek community being greater than 10 percent over the next five years, we want to grow with it,” said Southeastern Regional Physician Services Director Dean Ruth, who oversees the establishment of primary care and specialty clinics throughout Southeastern’s service area.

Southeastern Medical Clinic Gray’s Creek offers comprehensive medical care for all ages. The facility features six exam rooms and offers X-ray and lab services.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call (910) 423-1278.

Medical Staff


Tracy Bullard, MD

Tracy Bullard, M.D., earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University and continued her education at UNC Chapel Hill, where she earned a medical degree in 2001. She completed a three-year residency program at the Duke / Southern Regional Area Health Education Center in Fayetteville in July 2004. She is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Bullard pursued a medical degree with the intent to practice medicine in rural communities. Since 2004, she has served as a family physician in Robeson and surrounding counties. When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, piano and reading.

 


Christy B. Phillips, F.N.P.-C.

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Bullard completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing with a minor in psychology from East Carolina University in 1998. She completed a master’s degree in nursing/family nurse practitioner from UNC Wilmington in 2010.
