Noon at Village Station (located at 2744 Roberts Ave., Lumberton)Come join us for a “dutch” treat lunch at Village Station and view the latest episode of Southeastern Health’s Picture of Health television series. This episode will feature the following guests and topics: Diane Zepaltas, with Project H.E.A.L.T.H., will discuss how the program raises awareness regarding nutrition and physical activities through area schools and community events; Gibson Cancer Center’s Patient Navigator and Physician Assistant Catherine Gaines describes her role in assisting cancer patients through the cancer diagnosis and treatment process; Dr. Virgilio Matheus, a neurosurgeon who is using BrainLab technology to treat disorders of the spine, explains when, through the course of treatment, that surgery becomes an option for many painful disorders of the head and back; and Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Riyaz Jinnah explains osteoarthritis and how MAKOplasty technology assists with knee re-surfacing as well as discusses disorders of the knee, treatment options and the importance of rehab following surgery. Tuesday, April 22 – Fun foot facts information session with Dr. Shelli Brewington
11:00 a.m. at Community Health Education Center (CHEC) (located in Biggs Park Mall)
April is Foot Health Awareness month. Dr. Shelli Brewington, a podiatrist at Cape Fear Podiatry of Lumberton and on the medical staff of Southeastern Health, will be speaking to PrivilegesPlus members about general foot care and fun facts regarding your foot health. Wednesday, April 23 – FREE PrivilegesPlus Bowling

Monday, April 28 – Double Bunco!
3:30 p.m. at Southeastern Home Care Services conference room (located at 2002 N. Cedar St.)
At this special session of Double Bunco, PrivilegesPlus members will have the opportunity to play two rounds of Bunco and will have the chance to win more prizes and have more fun! Come learn to play Bunco - a fun dice game where prizes are awarded in several categories at the end of play. What Bunco really encompasses is eating and socializing with your friends while playing an easy game of chance. Game instructions will be explained to all in attendance - no prior experience required! Members can enter the facility using the side entrance. Helpful handouts will also be given regarding foot health, which is Southeastern Health’s April health focus. Light refreshments will be served. Registration required by Friday, April 25. Tuesday, April 29 – One-on-One Email Tutorial
1:00 - 2:30 p.m. at Community Health Education Center (CHEC) (located in Biggs Park Mall)
Interested in getting some one-on-one training with your established email account or would like to create a new email account? Call and schedule an appointment for some basic email instructions including creating and sending messages, receiving messages, organizing your account and creating a contacts list. Email addresses will be created if an email account doesn’t exist. Space is limited. Individuals will be given appointments on a first come, first served basis.
