Weather Update

Due to the threat of severe winter weather this weekend, UNC Health Southeastern’s current operational plan is to close its outpatient services and clinics on Friday, Jan. 21. Services will return to normal operations on Saturday, Jan. 22. For more information, click here.

COVID-19: Help Prevent the Spread of Illness

We understand you and your loved ones may be concerned about the spread of COVID-19. At UNC Health Southeastern, your safety and well-being are our top priority, and we are taking every precaution to help keep you safe.  We ask that the public remember to follow the three W’s: Wait six feet apart, wear a mask (surgical mask is recommended over cloth mask) and wash your hands. Get vaccinated, including a booster, to reduce likelihood of severe illness and hospitalization.

COVID-19 Testing Sites

Individuals may receive COVID-19 testing at the drive-through site managed by NC Department of Health and Human Services located in the parking lot of Southeastern Health Park on Dawn Drive, Lumberton. Type of testing depends on testing supply availability. For more information about this testing site, click here. Note: This testing location has added Saturday hours on 1/15, 1/22 and 1/29 from 8 am - 12 pm.

Rapid and PCR testing is available at Primary Care and Urgent Care clinics for patients who have symptoms.

Antigen and PCR testing is offered by physician referral only at Laboratory Drive-Through, 202 W. 27th Street, Lumberton, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Antigen test results available same day via MyChart. PCR test results are available 24-48 hours after collection via MyChart. For instructions to print MyChart results, click here.

Get Your COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster

Individuals who are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine, including a booster, may schedule an appointment for vaccines by calling UNC Health Southeastern primary care clinics direct or scheduling through the Call Center at 1-844-735-8864. UNC Health Southeastern administers Pfizer for individuals ages 12 and over and Moderna for ages 18 and over. For a full list of vaccine recommendations and eligibility, visit the cdc website here.
