Our office is on the second floor of Southeastern Health Park, a building between exits 20 and 22 along Interstate 95. You’ll appreciate plenty of free parking near the entrance.

Convenient Care

Southeastern Health Park is a one-stop-shop for orthopedic services. Whether you need an X-ray, rehabilitation, pain management, or joint surgery, you’ll find it at the same location you’re familiar with. Your orthopedic surgeon may even check on you during physical therapy sessions, which take place upstairs from the Southeastern Orthopedics office.

Need to fill a prescription? Stop by our onsite pharmacy after your appointment.

Your Appointment

Arrive 15 minutes before your first visit to complete paperwork. For all appointments, bring:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card and money for any copayment 
  • List of your medications and the doses (or bring the bottles)
  • One family member or friend for support, if you’d like
